Kayla Thomas, SHRM-SCP, MS

Kayla Thomas joined the TPC team in 2016 and has since worked her way up the ladder to HR Advisor. In her current role, she most enjoys helping clients streamline their processes and accomplish their HR goals. She is a firm believer in continuous learning, and that is why she loves working as an HR Advisor with clients from numerous industries. She’s thrilled to be part of the team that provides the best payroll, timekeeping, and HR needs in the business.

Kayla graduated from Missouri Southern State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting, Business Management, and Human Resource Management. She holds a Master's in Human Resource Development with an emphasis in Management and Consulting from Pittsburg State University. Additionally, Kayla is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional and a Certified DISC Communication Consultant.

Kayla is a strategic thinker and problem solver, always looking for innovative solutions to complex HR challenges. Her areas of expertise include employee relations, employment law, training and development, and performance management. She is skilled in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as providing coaching and guidance to executives. In her free time, Kayla works as an Adjunct Professor at Pittsburg State University and teaches courses in Employment Law and Organizational Staffing. She enjoys volunteering for the HRD Advisory Council and The Victim Center. Overall, Kayla’s extensive knowledge and experience in HR, combined with her strong interpersonal skills and commitment to making a difference, make her a valuable asset to her clients.

Melissa Wallace Lozano

Senior Partner Account Manager at Human Interest

Melissa Wallace Lozano earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a teaching credential from California State University, Fullerton in 2006. She then taught middle and high school physical education, journalism, and teen leadership for 11 years. In 2017, she transitioned to the private sector, selling payroll and HR solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. Melissa joined Human Interest in 2020 to open the central region of the United States and has since helped hundreds of businesses establish 401(k) plans for their employees.

Angelique O’Bryan, MBA, GPHR, SPHR

HR Advisor at TPC Vision HR Advisory Services

A strategic HR leader with over 20 years of experience, Angelique O’Bryan specializes in aligning human resources with business strategy to drive growth and transformation. She has worked with organizations ranging from startups to international corporations with 15,000+ employees, successfully navigating Series A funding, mergers & acquisitions, and executive leadership transitions. Since 2019, Angelique has been a key force at TPC Vision, leveraging her expertise in HR and business strategy. Previously, she served as COO for XenoPsi Ventures, a private equity firm, and served as the top HR officer for groundbreaking marketing agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi X, Shopper Events, and Collective Bias. Her passion lies in using HR as a catalyst for business success—firmly believing that “everything else you’re hoping for stems from the growth and success of your people.”

Beyond her corporate career, Angelique is deeply committed to community service. She has held board positions with the Peel Compton Foundation, the Northwest Arkansas Women’s Shelter, and the Northwest Arkansas Human Resources Association. In January 2025, she joined the board of Inspiration Point Center for the Arts, continuing her dedication to supporting local non-profits.

Originally from Oklahoma City, Angelique has called Northwest Arkansas home since 1997. She holds a BS in Organizational Management and an MBA in Leadership & Ethics from John Brown University. As a GPHR and SPHR-certified professional, she remains at the forefront of HR innovation, shaping workplaces where both businesses and people thrive.

Corry Hull

Corry Hull is a highly respected healthcare and employee benefits consultant with over sixteen years of experience providing tailored insurance and technology solutions to private and public employers. Since 2007, he has helped businesses navigate the complexities of talent retention and cost management, earning a reputation for strategic insights and personalized service. Corry joined BHC Insurance in 2020, bringing his expertise in alternative funding and cost containment strategies for self-funded employers.
